TheIKNPost.com – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is committed to supporting the smooth running of public transactions by providing cash funds worth IDR 26.6 trillion during Ramadan and Idul Fitri 1445 H or Eid 2024.
BNI Network and Services Director Ronny Venir said that this preparation aims to make it easier for people to get cash and encourage consumption, thereby creating more economic activity during Ramadan and Eid.
“We feel happy to be part of the community’s joy in welcoming Ramadan and Eid this year. “Of course this is momentum for banks to improve transaction performance during this period,” said Ronny.
In line with this, to make it easier for people to exchange money, BNI also participates in various mobile money exchange bazaar programs including the Semarak Rupiah Ramadan and Idul Fitri Blessings (Serambi) activities initiated by Bank Indonesia (BI).
The public can take advantage of small money exchange services at banks and mobile cash vans during Ramadan and ahead of Eid 2024.
BNI’s participation in Serambi Ramadan activities is to provide mobile cash at Istora Senayan from 28 to 31 March 2024, at BNI KC from 1 to 5 April 2024, and at the KM 57 Rest Area from 2 to 5 April 2024.
Limited Operational Services
Ronny further said that BNI is also ready to serve the community during the long Eid holiday period by opening a Limited Service Outlet on April 8-15 2024 with service hours from 09.00 to 12.00 local time.
BNI also provides easy access to transactions via BNI Mobile Banking, Internet/SMS Banking, BNI Direct (for non-individual customers), QRIS, and Debit Cards.
BNI’s Customer Experience Center (CX-Center) has also prepared a service that operates 24 hours to serve customers during long holidays with more than 250 employees on duty per day, so that the Voice of Customer can be served from various channels.
“We hope that the preparations and various services provided by BNI can provide convenience and smooth transactions for the community during Ramadan and Eid 2024,” concluded Ronny.
