TheIKNPost.com — Soto Madura Cultural Service Month Activities in Bangkalan Attended by Acting. Regent and Forkopimda
Acting Bangkalan Regent, Dr. Arief M. Edie, M.Si, along with members of the Bangkalan Regency Forkopimda, also attended the Soto Madura Cultural Service Month activities which were held at the Bangkalan Police SAR Hall on Thursday, December 14 2023.
This initiative taken by the Bangkalan Police received wide support from a number of cultural figures, the Head of the Bangkalan Village and Subdistrict, as well as various communities that play an active role in Bangkalan Regency.
Bangkalan Police Chief, AKBP Febri Isman Jaya, SH, SIK, MIK, explained that the Month of Cultural Service activities were held in all police stations in Indonesia as a concrete effort to maintain the cultural diversity of each region, including in Bangkalan Regency.
“We hope that this activity, which we call Soto Madura, can be a positive step in preserving culture and strengthening the relationship between Forkopimda and the people of Bangkalan,” he said.
Apart from that, the Bangkalan Police Chief hopes that the Month of Cultural Service activities can become an effective medium to encourage the public to maintain conduciveness and create a safe and peaceful atmosphere in Bangkalan Regency, especially ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebrations, as well as the 2024 elections.
Acting On this occasion, the Regent of Bangkalan not only invited the public to create conducive security during the Christmas celebrations and the 2024 election democratic celebration.
Arief M Edie also invited the community to actively participate and support the development of a better and more advanced Bangkalan.
