Second Anniversary Event, Book Launching and National Leadership Hybrid Seminar towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.
The MC who hosted the event, Dr. Hera Laxmi Devi from IPB Press, opened the event with enthusiasm. The national anthem Indonesia Raya sounds, reminding us of the greatness of our homeland.
Then, the time came to hear the opening from the General Chair of the Indonesian Business Doctoral Forum (Fordobi), Dr. Ir. Naufal Mahfudz, MM. His wise words moved hearts, encouraging the audience to continue fighting for the progress of the nation.
Keynote Speaker from the Chairman of Fordobi, Admiral TNI (Ret.) Dr. Ade Supandi, SE, MAP, provides an inspiring vision of Indonesia’s future.
Ade Supandi said, since its launch, the FORDOBI program has become a forum for thinkers, researchers, entrepreneurs, practitioners and leaders from various levels of society to exchange ideas and produce developing thoughts through a series of activities, such as seminars and discussion forums.
Realizing the importance of harmonious acceleration in realizing its vision, mission and operational strategy, FORDOBI is committed to continuing to fill the road map towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.
“We believe that the main investment lies in developing quality human resources (HR) with various competency attributes and creative and innovative talents, supported by strong enthusiasm,” said Ade Supandi.
FORDOBI has taken concrete steps in filling the human resource development space by establishing partnerships with various institutions, manufacturers, industry and government agencies.
This step aims to increase the number of entrepreneurs and business leaders and assist in the management of quality human resources.
Transformational leaders are one of the focuses in leadership development today. This model aims to create a positive work environment, build emotions and motivation to maintain and develop the business.
Still Ade Supandi explained, through the essence of the Ki Hajar Dewantara trilogy, FORDOBI seeks to provide an example of kindness, inspiration, motivation, as well as guidance and mentoring for business people, educators and all individuals involved in national development.
In facing global challenges, FORDOBI invites all parties to always be self-aware, read changes and dynamics, and play an active role in maintaining sustainability and achievements.

Keynote Speech delivered by the Chairman of the Fordobi Board of Trustees, Retired TNI Admiral. Dr. Ade Supandi, SE, MAP was full of meaning and moved the hearts of all those present, reminding how important the role of leadership is in building the nation’s future.
The next session was a special moment, when the tumpeng was cut and the books were launched, marking a new step in national literature. The presenters then took turns presenting their brilliant ideas about leadership, under the supervision of the moderator, Dr. Warcito.
Dr. Yunus Triyonggo, a member of the Fordobi Expert Council, shares in-depth insights on leadership transformation.
Meanwhile Dr. Siti Ma’rifah, President Commissioner of PT Penjamin Pembinaan Askrindo Syariah, gave her perspective on business sustainability.
Not to forget, Dr. Budi Santosa from the Director General of Foreign Trade of the Indonesian Ministry of Trade, and Nabil Djaidi from the Supervisory Board of Perumda Dharma Jaya, also decorated the session with inspiring ideas.
After the series of presentations was finished, the question and answer session became an interactive moment to look forward to, where participants could have a direct dialogue with the presenters.
At 16.00, the event ended with a closing that was full of emotion, but also full of enthusiasm to continue working and fighting for a better Indonesia.
