Artist, actress and film actor Sandra Dewi on Tuesday (4/4) answered investigators’ summons to be questioned as a witness in the alleged corruption case in the tin trade system in the PT Timah Mining Business License (IUP) area for 2015-2022. Sandra’s husband, Harvey Moeis, is one of the 16 suspects in the case.
Before being questioned, Sandra, who arrived at the Kartika Building at the Attorney General’s Office at 09.25 WIB, asked the media crew to also pray for her.
“Please pray,” said Sandra, who was seen wearing a white shirt and gray trousers and carrying a brown folder accompanied by two of her attorneys.
The Quickie Express film star was then seen leaving the Attorney General’s Office at 14.15 WIB after being questioned by investigators for approximately 4.5 hours, without making much comment, according to a CNN Indonesia report.
Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis this week suddenly became the public spotlight following the alleged tin corruption case which initially dragged crazy rich Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Helena Lim. The corruption case is thought to be related to the circulation of fantastic amounts of illegal money. Environmental experts from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) detailed the figure for state losses at IDR 271 trillion.
