TheIKNPost.com โ In a strategic effort to increase the effectiveness of public communication, the National Food and Drug Testing Development Center (PPPOMN) BPOM RI held a workshop with the theme “Government Social Media Branding through Creative Design and Video”.
This event will be held on 19-20 February 2024, at the Grand Mercure Hotel Kemayoran, Jakarta.
The workshop, which was attended by State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from PPPOMN, had the main objective, namely to improve their ability to produce and manage social media content, especially for the Instagram account @pppomn.bpom.
Workshop participants received training from Robit Mikrojul Huda and Rizka Wulandari, who are the Founders and Co-Founders of Digitalic, a digital communications agency company in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Rizka Wulandari started the session on the first day with a focus on making creative videos, not only conveying theory but also facilitating direct practice for the participants.
“The key to making creative videos lies not only in aesthetics, but also in the ability to convey messages to the audience effectively,” said Rizka.
On the second day, Robit Mikrojul Huda continued with material related to creating social media content, starting from the idea search process, creating editorial plans, to design. Robit emphasized that government social media needs to be packaged creatively to attract the attention of the younger generation.
“The presence of government social media as a source of credible and interesting information is very important to be able to compete for public attention,” explained Robit.
It is hoped that this workshop can improve the quality of content produced by the PPPOMN State Civil Apparatus and ensure that the management of the @pppomn.bpom social media account becomes more creative, consistent and has a strong brand identity.
“With clear brand guidelines, we hope that @pppomn.bpom can appear more consistent in the visual aspect and brand identity, so that it can stand out among other government accounts and its content will also be more diverse and varied,” added Robit.
Cita Tri Aryuni, STP, S.Si, Apt., M.Farm, Head of the PPPOMN Social Media Team, on this occasion, expressed her vision, “We aim that through this workshop, our team can create content that is not only informative and educative but also creative and interesting.
