TheIKNPost.com — Governor of Central Java Provides Clarification of Political Observer Refly Harun’s Inaction
The Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, received sharp attention because he was deemed to be lying/cheating regarding his tweets on his Twitter account.
Ganjar admitted that he had memories at the Gajah Mada University (UGM) Mosque when he was a student, including looking for takjil to break the fast.
However, after being investigated, there was a discrepancy between when Ganjar was studying and when the mosque was founded, which led to the assumption that ‘Ganjar was lying’.
Reporting from wartaekononi.co.id, regarding this matter, Constitutional Law Expert and Political Observer Refly Harun spoke up.
Refly, who is also a UGM alumni and admitted that his time at university was not much different from Ganjar, revealed that he was one of those who laughed.
“So this is why I laughed because I am also a witness to history. So I was at Law Faculty 89 and Ganjar was 87, it seems like Ganjar took longer to graduate. “We both graduated in 95 but I was in February, Ganjar was in August if I’m not mistaken,” explained Refly via his YouTube channel, quoted on Wednesday (12/04/2023).
Refly also revealed that until they graduated, the mosque did not exist or had not been built.
Refly also added that at that time the area was still a cemetery.
“So when we left UGM, the campus mosque didn’t exist yet. “It’s still in the form of a grave, sorry Chinese grave,” he said.
For your information, Ganjar previously made a tweet in which he prayed tarawih prayers at the UGM mosque and admitted that he had many memories.
