BNI, Telkom, PLN and Angkasa Pura II collaborate at Soetta Airport to boost MSMEs

TheIKNPost.com โ€“ Commitment to supporting the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) continues to be realized by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) through collaborative steps.

Today, BNI synergized with other State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), such as PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), PT PLN (Persero), and PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), by inaugurating the placement of vending machines at Terminal 1A, Soekarno Airport -Hatta Tangerang, Tuesday (30/1/2024).

The inauguration ceremony, which was attended by various BUMN representatives, including Special Staff III to the Minister of BUMN Arya Sinulingga, became an important momentum in supporting MSMEs amidst efforts to restore the national economy.

BNI Corporate Secretary, Okki Rushartomo, revealed that this collaboration aims to provide wider access for MSMEs to market their products.

With vending machines placed at Soetta Airport, it is hoped that MSME products can be more easily accessible to consumers.

“This is the result of collaboration between BUMN with the same goal, namely encouraging MSMEs to move up in class by expanding their markets,” said Okki Rushartomo.

The placement of vending machines at Soetta Airport is considered strategic, considering that Soetta Airport is one of the most visited locations, so it can become an effective promotional center for MSME products.

It is also hoped that the existence of vending machines that can be accessed 24 hours will make transactions easier for consumers.

Okki added, “The airport is a strategic location for marketing MSME products.

“By placing vending machines that can be accessed 24 hours, it will make it easier for people to get MSME products.”

Through this collaboration, BUMN hopes to lead MSMEs to a higher level of success and open up opportunities for expansion of MSME products to the national market.

Okki said that this step was the beginning of a series of efforts to support MSMEs in reaching a wider market.

“This is the first step to encourage MSMEs to reach a wider market. “Furthermore, in collaboration with vending machine providers, we will curate MSME products from various cities in Indonesia, so that these products can enter various vending machines nationally,” added Okki.

Thus, this collaboration will not only have a positive impact on MSMEs at Soetta Airport, but also open up the potential for expansion of MSME products to other regions in Indonesia.

This joint effort shows a real commitment from BUMN in supporting the development of MSMEs as pillars of the national economy.
